This Finance facility is provided to those customers who want to purchase a new bike on loan. At the time of giving a loan to the Customer, a new record is added to the Software in the form of a Unique Customer id. This unique id will help to get access to all the required information regarding the position of the loan provided to the Customer.

This software will do all the necessary tasks like automatic updates of the Outstanding loan amount on the payment of each installment, Number of installments paid, Number of installments unpaid, Total amount paid in the form of Downpayment, etc. Besides, this software also stores Customer identification information like Name, Address, Route, Phone No., References, Photo, etc. of the Customer. It also tells the status of NOC status after payment of all Loan’s EMIs by the Customer.

Here we are going to discuss how this Software will work and how it will manage the data of all the Customers who avail of the loan facility from the Firm. The software has many tabs that are dedicated to performing a unique operation. For using this Software the firm is provided with a Dashboard containing various tabs. Now let see how various tabs perform their function under this

This is the First tab and the most important one because it deals with the identification of the Customers. Customer refers to any person who wants to avail of the Loan facility from the Firm for financing his new bike or who wants a Refinance facility or a Personal loan. This Software will allow you to manage personal details of the Customer (borrower) like Name of the Customer, Father’s Name, Address of Communication, Email Address, Phone No., Route details, etc. Such information is very essential for the correct identification of the Customer and helpful in reducing the risk of fraud. After all the information is updated regarding the Customer in the record of the Software, a unique ID will be allotted to such a record. The next part of this tab deals with the method of payment of the loan amount to be utilized by the Customer. The Customer has various options for the payment of the loan amount like Cash Payment, PDC (Post-dated Cheque), ECS (Electronic Mode of Transfer of Fund from One Bank Account to Another). All such financial information is incorporated in this tab. Once the Dealer of the bike and Product to be purchased is chosen, the Software automatically shows information regarding Onroad Price, Loan Amount, Processing Fess to be paid, EMI Type, EMI Amount to be paid, the Interest rate to be paid, Total Interest, Monthly Interest, Tenure of the Loan, Start date of the Loan, End Date of the Loan, Amount of Penal Interest if any. In the next step of this process, Customer Reference details are to be entered. References refer to those people who are known to the Borrower. Such information is accompanied by Photo, Address Proof, ID Proof, etc. of the References. After feeding all the above information, the next step is to submit the record. The submit page shows a preview of the entire information entered regarding the customer, at a glance. On submission of information, a new Customer is added to the record of the Software. After then, the Firm sends an invoice to the Dealer informing about the Financing of the bike and safe handover of the bike to the Customer on that basis. This invoice mentions that how much amount the Dealer will receive from the Firm.

This is another important tab which deals with the management of the RTO status of the bike. It shows the total RTOs applied and the total RTOs pending. This tab concerns with a timely update of RTO related information of the Vehicle. To apply for RTO, a form is to be submitted to the RTO office. After a certain period, RTO provides the Vehicle Number, this number is updated in the Customer’s record along with the other information like issued date, IB No. Front Plate/ Rear Plate, Remark etc.

NOC stands for “No Objection Certificate”. This certificate is given to those Customers who have paid all the loan installments against their loan. This tab also shows the status of NOC against each of the Customers. This tab facilitates the generation of NOC letters for those Customers who have paid their entire loan amount.

This tab shows the status of payment made to the Dealer of the bike and mode of payment i.e RTGS or by Cheque. This tab helps to manage any outstanding amount with the dealer.

In the Manage items tab, you can manage information like Customer’s route for location purpose, Dealer information, Advisers, Products, etc. Here in this tab, you can edit and update all this information easily and quickly. Updated information available through this software is very helpful during taking any decision of routine nature and also helpful in reporting purposes to meet the need of stakeholders of the business.

This is another useful feature present in this software. This feature allows you to use Customized templates for the Customer’s EMI alert. There is a provision of two separate templates for Email and SMS, in this Software. Customized messages are sent to the Customers from time to time so that all the installments are paid on due date by the Customers and penalty will be avoided.

This Software generates various kinds of financial reports covering various aspects like Bank Slip Report, Outstanding EMIs report, EMI received, Insurance Renewal, etc. The reporting facility will give you full control over financial aspects. It will also help you to know how much amount has been received during a certain period, what is the mode of receiving the payment from the Customers like Cash or by ECS, etc. The generation of the various report by this Software will help the management in taking the right decision at the right time. This factor enables the Firm to get a competitive advantage over its competitor.
